It has come to my attention that the Music star Ciara debuted a new pixie haircut, while being honored at the 23rd annual ACE Awards with the Style Icon award, in New York City on Monday.
The 33-year-old singer arrived in an all-black outfit – her Giambattista Valli dress featured a stunning train, she also debuted a new pixie haircut.
